Submit your concern within 24 hours via email, phone call or text. Provide detailed information (with photos if possible) to help us understand your concern. Our customer care team will review your request and schedule a follow up visit if the complaint aligns with our outlined criteria.
SATIFACTION GUARANTEE & RE-CLEAN POLICY
At Penny's Cleaning Service, we take pride in delivering exceptional deep cleaning services. If you are not completely satisfied with areas that were part of your agreed upon cleaning checklist, we'll gladly offer a complementary re-clean for those specific issues when you notify us within 24 hours of service completion.

What is a deep cleaning?
At Penny's Cleaning, our deep cleaning services are required for maintenance cleanings in the future. They include everything in our standard cleaning plus extras such as underneath furniture, washing cabinets, folding laundry and using extra time, effort and supplies to remove grime and buildup.
Debris and dirt removal in hard to reach and overlooked areas. This will ensure a clean, sanitized and refreshed space, all ready for your maintenance sessions.
Do we need to be home?
The majority of our clients leave us with a key, a key location or code for entry. If you prefer to be home, For the best results, please provide professional cleaners with respectable space to work efficiently and be mindful of equipment and supplies to ensure a smooth and safe cleaning process.
For extreme or extra dust removal needed, we encourage you to retreat to another room or wear a mask due to debris and sprays being airborne within your session.
How do you set your rates?
It is important to know that most of our packages are estimated at a flat rate, according to factors such as size of home, number of rooms, windows, pets etc. We use a special formula specifically for each individual client to derive your custom rate.
In cases with specific rooms and needs, organizing and decluttering, we use an hourly rate starting at $50 per hour.
All bookings will start at $100 and up. Starting with apartment size and one bedroom spaces.
Deep cleans start at $250, 900 sq ft and under.
