Our story

Hi, I'm Penny

Over 20 years ago, our family's journey changed overnight. My two-year-old daughter, Brianna, became critically ill and had to be life-flighted to Hershey, where she was diagnosed with juvenile diabetes. Like many parents, we were determined to do whatever it took. I needed a career that would allow me to be there for my children while still helping support our family. At the time, I had worked in advertising and waitressed on the side, but I knew it was time for a new path.  I've always loved the feeling of a clean, orderly home. There's something comforting about walking into a space that feels fresh, peaceful, and cared for. So I started cleaning homes.  One home became two. Two became ten. Years passed, wonderful clients shared our name with friends and family, and what began as a way to care for my family grew into Penny's Cleaning Service.  Today, more than two decades later, I'm honored to lead an incredible team serving homes, businesses, and schools throughout Northeastern Pennsylvania. Looking back, I realize I wasn't just building a cleaning company. I was building a life that allowed me to be present for my family while helping others enjoy cleaner, healthier spaces.
